I think they have taken too many patients and too few doctors. It is impossible to get an appointment to see a GP |

They made a mistake with my prescription of BP meds - started me on 28 and I have just run out but on EMIS it says I was issued 56, which is an error. The male (receptionist?) that took my call was condescending and uphelpful in extremis! He treated me like I was untruthful and trying to get extra amlodipine for some untoward reason. I have no confidence in him to try and get my prescription sorted for me as I'm not in London atm. Such meds (or lack of them) have life threatening ramifications and to make patients deal with a staff member with bad attitude and the people skills of a self service checkout shows a decided lack of care and responsiveness by non medical staff. In fairness, I think the doctors are good here. |

I am new to this GP surgery but have had to visit a few times since registering 6 weeks ago. I was bowled over by the patient care given by the two doctors I have seen. Something which had been overlooked by a previous surgery was acted upon and I was invited back for follow-up appointments. I was also quickly referred for a scan and also to a local clinic.
I must also mention the efficient and very pleasant receptionists.
I really cannot fault the care I have received and wanted to put it in writing. It is very much appreciated. Many thanks. |
