This is the second time I am reviewing this GP. The doctors and nurse are excellent, but the communicator at the call centre is horrible. Last time my 7month old baby had a UTI, I requested to have his urine tested first before seeing the doctor, because it was difficult to collect baby urine. The communicator said they couldn't do it straight, without checking the protocol first or contacting the GP first. Then I called again to request one more time, she finally realised it was actually possible to do it. Just now I called and requested to have the swab ready for me to collect, because I am bringing my baby with me and I couldn't wait for too long. The communicator again, refused to help. She could have actually called the GP herself to arrange it but she just didn't want to do it. I don't know how you can get someone so unhelpful at a call centre. It is not the first time you have received reviews about the bad attitude of the call communicator and I am not the first time talking about it already. I am seriously considering changing to another GP, despite the good service from the doctors and nurse. |

Have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I tried radical life style changes with diet modification and exercise. Today, Sunday, the GP called to tell me everything on blood tests is within normal range. I have only had excellent service from this practice. |

I have been a patient at this surgery for over 20 years. 99.9% of the time I have felt supported and heard. Most of the time I have been able to get an appointment in a timely fashion and am able to request referrals to specialists without any trouble. During the pandemic I have had telephone appointments when needed and face to face when requested. I would give my experience a 9.7 out of 10, |
