I was seen by health assistant and she was just so good at reassuring you and so so helpful I wanted you to share this with you when you have health issues it is always nice to be treated and looked after with grace and dignity I just want you no how good she is as most of the staff at the Andover Medical Centre. | ||||||

I needed an urgent appointment. I rang earlier this week and the receptionist made me an appointment for that morning. The GP was one I don’t know; she was warm (she even came to the waiting room to call me in) and as caring as my own GP there. She asked me what was wrong and listened.
She asked pertinent questions and was kind. She checked I understood the plan and was “happy” with it.
Thank you it is reassuring to me. I wish whatever you’re all doing could be replicated. You’re still focused on your patients and I appreciate it. | ||||||

I spoke to reception on Monday asking if Dr Singh could ring me when he was available, Sandy sent a message to him immediately, Dr Singh rang me within 2 minutes, I explained that I needed a copy of my medication and previous medical history. I also asked if I could leave some info that I would like for him to sign an his convenience He explained he would leave copies at reception and to ask them to call him so he could sign the information if it was possible As usual he kept his word, the details were ready to collect within 10 minutes and he signed the form immediately on my arrival I am yet again so impressed with the service I receive from the whole team,I feel cared for and unforeseen stressful issues are resolved quickly to help my ongoing medical conditions | ||||||
