Why are your reception staff so rude? I’m staying anonymous because I know if I don’t the reception army will not help me any more. Passive aggression is not a good way to control patients. You might have an HNS login but that doesn’t mean you control human beings. Reel your necks in and remember you are there to help on hinder people’s health. Your behaviour could have disastrous affects to some well known conditions. Think calm thoughts, take deep breaths and don’t blame your patients for your stress. Everything works out in the end. Please help us, that’s why we come to you. |

Receptions are rude arrogant and what to know all your private details so they can chat about you on their tea break. The doctors are accommodating although a little cold on the bedside manner they do and will help you if you are struggling. The reception staff on the other hand, well where do I start? Rude is an understatement. |

Impossible to get an appointment at this surgery since the merger. I amBaffled why they decided to close down one surgery, which means more patients and less doctors. I am delighted that the government are tackling why GP’s are not offering face to face appointments. It’s very easy to blame everything on Covid, when it’s all about reducing services and saving money. |
