I just spoke to a member of staff on the phone and I can’t be more disappointed with the absolute lack of care that I was met with. It seemed like whatever I had to say was completely overlooked and it was a lot more important for her to say what she wanted to say than to listen to my needs, requests or queries.
We had previously spoken the day before and I called again regarding a separate matter. She went on to say the same thing she said the previous day, and when I made several attempts not only to ask her to listen to me but also to tell her it was actually a different matter, she didn’t make any effort to listen. Eventually, she heard what I had to say and ended the call very briskly. |

this surgery just keeps going more and more downhill!!! receptionists are foul and use disgraceful language - theres 1 member in particular that cant string together a sentence without swearing!! I've overheard that same receptionist threatening and using disgraceful language about another receptionist that sits on front desk who was sitting there quietly while the others laughed and continued to call her foul names. The Doctors are rude, the manager is argumentative and the staff have no common sense. this whole surgery needs a revamp including new staff. you still have to walk upstairs to even get to the surgery rooms.
I've now left the surgery as i couldnt stand to talk to the misery that sits behind the phone, very happy in my new surgery! |
