I've been at the practice for a while and every interaction I've had with the team which has included both mental and physical health issues has been so supported, thoroughly checked and done with a smile.
My previous GP was difficult to get an appointment with and the Ask my GP service is fantastic.
My only issue with it would be when the selected doctor is unavailable you have to complete another form at the right time on the right day which makes things difficult if you forget. But hoping that's a system thing, which may have a fix in the future. |

Twice I have requested a GP appointment to discuss a health issue for which I require a referral letter for my BUPA insurance. Both times the doctor in question has not put the information required by Bupa in the letter. They have asked me to arrange a second appointment to rectify the first doctors errors. This has delayed my treatment. And left me dealing with pain. GPs should be well aware of the necessary information for BUPA referral letters, they are the nations largest healthcare insurance. Not to mention I have specifically given the GP a checklist of what to include in the letter. This leads me to believe they are simply not listening to patients. |
