After readying the reviews not sure we talking about same surgery?! I use whiston road surgery and have done for some time and can say from bottom of my heart that I have never found staff to be like that, they are warm and welcoming mentioning no names they have always been friendly and professional I have seen busy days and difficult patients in the surgery and would recommend it to anyone who is new or old to the area from what I have experienced these comments fall in the minority. Rang on Friday for the app offered telecon consultation, Receptionist said the Dr will call u back he didn't so I call again same receptionist said that Dr was trying to call me but the number was busy ??? I have asked what number Dr. has call me she give me an old number that previously i have already change she said that i will needs to call back at 15:00 again I said why cant she just book that slot now i did already call this morning she said abrupt manners that that's the procedure in hire and it is my fault that i have not change my number , which i was telling her I did also before booking me for telephone consultation she should check the number. I have asked her why she cannot booked me know for the Dr to call me I'm in pain she said that she don't have time to talk about this and she hang up on me . A minute latter a call again spoke with same receptionist asked to booked app she offered me app on :same day at 5 pm and then she said "hang on u not this Dr patient he won't see u I'm new patient i see Dr once or twice in this surgery why other Dr won't see me if app available ? I'm in pain. She said rudly that the Dr won't see others Dr patient - What sort of nonsense is that so she can't offered me this app . Were is the patient care? | ||||||

I arrived three mintes late for my appointment due to traffic congestion and was told I'd have to make another appointment, even though the surgery was empty, and I'd tried to call from the bus and left a voicemail.
Getting time off work is difficult for me, ans i was out of medication, howevwr all the receptionist could do was tell.me it was the rules and that they'd get in trouble.
My advice? You remind peiple of their appointment, maybe inform them of your unhelpful rules too, rather than have people learn them when it's too late. I am.so angry right now. | ||||||
