When I registered in early 2018, they put in the wrong postcode for my address (I wrote the correct one!). My address is in Dalston (an E8 postcode) - and yet they registered it in the system with a postcode that is clearly for Whitechapel/Aldgate, which anyone who lives in London would see is nuts. They wouldn't change it without me bringing in a change of address even though it was their mistake.
I was then "unregistered" from the practice because I didn't make an appointment between May-September 2019 - imagine that! Because you don't make an appointment, you are unregistered - and I only found this out when I called today to make an appointment because I'm ill.
The standard of professionalism and care from the GPs and the nurse there has also been very hit and miss. There have been three instances when I have actually felt insulted by things they have said to me (one time questioning why I don't want to have children...) - the rest of the time it has been ok. |

Always disappointing. Have been registered with this practice since 2012. Inneficient, Always making up their own rules as they go along. Receptionist staff very unprofessional, antagonising, rude and unhelpful. Practice manager very unprofessional and doesn't give off a sense of wanting to help or resolve complaints. Have many mistakes with my health. Wish I could register elsewhere however don't have another GP practice in my area I can register at. |
