To keep it the best way i'll say they treating patients like products, very poor communication, tough rules, Holding themselves very up-looked like you walking in the queens palace, throwing negative feelings to up-comers, every time the patient is not right and just dare to say something different from the receptionist she'll make you the laughter of the whole staff and surrounding publicly, or just ignore you, yes believe it or not, this is the facts I saw with my eyes several times.
I need to bring out there is one lady who tries her best to treat with respect and not to give excuses.
Hope the NHS will change all the staff to normal behaving. Thanks |

Tried to access appointment for first time since registering (years ago). First appointment which doesn’t mean taking time off work 2.5 weeks.
Receptionist one - rude
Receptionist two - uninformed
Surgery times listed here don’t match information given in practice - no booked check up appointments on Thursday.
Unclear of full online access functionality
Leaflets on reception desk for services apparently not available to this practice.
Better access via other surgeries are apparently for emergency appointments only.
Will look for a more responsive/ accessible practice that supports health of working population. |

I came here for my 28week appointment and the midwife was fantastic. I hadn’t seen her before but she was so lovely, so friendly and made everything about my appointment easy and stress free. It makes such a difference to your day when you meet someone lovely and I am very grateful for the care I received. |
