I have been a patient of Riverside practice for about three years now . My child and I are both registered to that surgery. I find it hard to see the doctor, is never easy to see him. He rather give you phone call, ask a few questions to determine what what is the problem with you. he’s never interested in you coming in and to me it just seems like he’s just not willing to help. My child is not well and whenever I call the practice for an appointment he rather assess my child over the phone which I think that’s impossible to do so because you need to see the person to be able to discover what’s the issue. I will try and find another practice because he’s not good doctor and his receptionist are definitely a representation of him because they all at the same way . |

Rude staff, and impossible to get an appointment or make time to speak to a Dr. Results are sent via text msg without telling you what is happening with your body, and are sent in a way that is clear that they are not looking at your file. Be prepared to chase them for any information and then to be treated poorly for needing their services, which they don't actually provide. |
