I am currently on the phone for the last 30 minutes...'caller no.1' apparently. I called earlier to be told that they don't have my prescription ready as GP has to look at it - it's in an in-tray!!! and to call back in the afternoon. It took me 15 minutes for someone to answer then... It was submitted by a consultant on Saturday. I have been waiting 3 days for a prescription for a sore condition. No apology. This GP is dire. Receptions are often rude and have a very bad attitude. I have complained before but nothing improves. No one answering...no one answering...This is a joke. I am still caller no.1 apparently. I see there are many complaints so I am not the only one who thinks this surgery is lacking. Totally unmanaged. Staff rude and unhelpful. I have had the phone put down on me too. Now, no one is answering. What if this was a matter of life and death? This is disgraceful. No body there??!!! Still waiting for someone to answer my phone call!!! |

The pandemic is over, but probably not in this surgery,getting face to face consultation with a doctor is almost a miracle, |

I have rang all 3 sites now but my call wasn’t picked up anywhere. Starting at caller #3, then 2, but call never answered. I reckon it’s a pre-recorded message and staff don’t answer calls after 5pm (it’s Friday). Very disappointing and unprofessional! |
