I wrote a review a minutes ago but not sure why my name did not show so I writing it again as I can't find how to edit it . I have been with this surgery for 30 years and must say it is better than most of my family and friends GP practice. Yes during lockdown there have been a few problems but that could be said about most GPs. I have had no problems getting appointments on the same day and seeing a doctor of my choice. I can't praise Dr Rada Prabhakar or Dr VJ Konathala, enough. Only 2 weeks ago I was struggling to get my Covid19 jab at any places near me. I decided to try Kenwood practice and rang in the morning and was told to come 12.30pm on the same day. Also 3 weeks ago I rang at 8am ( as is the procedure in most practices) on Wednesday and saw Dr Rada Prabhakar on the same day. She referred me to a dermatologist and within a week I got an appointment to see the dermatologist,. To my surprise he did a small procedure then and there resolving my problem. Honestly I can't praise Kenwood practice enough. However I would suggest it is far better to discuss any issues with the lead Dr VJ Konathala and try to resolve them. | ||||||
