In my opinion, I find the receptionists at this surgery extremely rude and somewhat disrespectful. In the mornings, the staff say that there aren't any available appointments and when we ask that if there are any appointments on any other days, their attitude turns disrespectful and rudely say to us that there aren't any appointments. They also say that there isn't any pre-booking available as well as no appointments available to book online and also don't provide appointments towards specific doctors as to hold them for more long - term patients which I find very frustrating.
On a more positive note, the service provided by the doctors is reasonably good as they provide me with the help that I need and refer me for blood tests or if I need further support. I find this quite helpful as well as supportive towards my family and I even though the service provided by the receptionists are very poor.
In addition, I think that the service provided by the receptionists have to be greatly improved as it isn't to the meagre of standard right now.
Please take positive action IMMEDIATELY. |

Just been in to see the doctor for my 15 yr old son suffering from back pain for a few years now. We were initially seen to by a final year medical student who was very professional, friendly, polite, had possessed extensive knowledge on the condition, and extremely thorough...all the qualities one would expect to find in their GP. I wish him all the success and the very best for his final year and in his career. |

St Clements surgery is an absolute disgrace. From the time you call the reception the receptionist will say no appointments are available and this is at 8:15am when the surgery has only been open for 15 minutes. Then when I finally got an appointment after insisting on the urgency for my 5 yr old I go to Doctor Solomon and he opens the door to let us in and without even closing the door he tells us we shouldn’t be here. I was fuming that at least as a doctor have something called patient privacy and close the door!!! He claimed my son had chicken pox and I wasn’t certain as there has been cases of monkey pox and I didn’t know what monkey pox looked like just needed confirmation from a medical professional but instead I’m yelled at whilst all the patient can see and hear me and my child. He didn’t lift his top up just by looking at his face I was told to go and he told me to buy his medicine over the counter. I’m disgusted by the rude inconsiderate behaviour of a senior doctor, Doctor solomon!! Where as I have seen Doctor Chana a few times and she is so amazing, kind and takes the time to listen to your problem and has empathy. It’s such a shame Doctor Chana works in this surgery because I would give her a 5 star rating anytime. |
