See very quickly, diagnosed and prescription given. Very happy. Disturbed about the sign stating 91 patients did not turn up for their appointments in June.Given there were 20 working days in June (other options are available for out of hours) this equates to four appointments every working day going to waste. Great service. Sometimes difficult to get through on the busy phone lines but always able to get an appointment using my online account. Staff are lovely. My GP is very caring. I would recommend this practice. | ||||||

I cannot speak highly enough of this truly outstanding surgery. The service provided by the reception staff is excellent both on the phone and in person. So friendly, professional and I always get an appointment. Equally the doctors are all fantastic and it doesn't matter which one I see as they are always considerate kind and caring and explain everything to my satisfaction. I have visited several surgeries in my lifetime and in all honesty this is by far the best one in Eastbourne.
