Receptionist: Some are ok but one called Jackie is extremely unhelpful and can be quite rude . My husband is vulnerable due to his disability but we get no help whatsoever when I contact them about him all I get told is ring 111 most of the time they don't even ask his name !! The GP's are good if you can get past the receptionists . Unfortunately most surgery's are the same these days ??. They need to be reminded that without us patient's they wouldn't have a job ??. Its too risky to add my name to this review as they are likely to take you off their books..... |

My wife's original day for 24 hour cardiac monitoring was changed at last moment. Finally had it done, but over 5 weeks later still awaiting results. No contact whatever from them. They NEVER answer their phone. My wife spent over 30 minutes on phone and then gave up. When you have cardiac concerns, you need to be reassured asap. In my opinion this company is not fit for purpose. |

Poor communication from the cardia team Nothing is ever explained properly Very rushed service Awaiting phone call consulatation Not happened Also most of my contact details are completely wrong Absolute poor service And whoever makes the phone calls on behalf of the cardiac team is so miserable and not friendly At all Not amused at all Avoid this surgery at all costs if you value your health |
