Doctors run a minimum 45 minutes late for your 10 minute slot. Often an hour or more late. Never an apology, and clearly no effort to be remotely on time. There is no soap or any means of drying your hands in the toilet, a shocking sign of just how poorly run this surgery is. I recently damaged my ankle and the doctor didn't even look at it - just told me to wait a few more weeks. There is one good doctor who does an amazing job given the circumstances. |

As per the other recent reviews, it’s just got worse and worse here. Been a patient for 4 years and wait between 30-60 mins every time. Looks like the responses from the surgery are just PR emails as nothing has been done to make it better here. 10 minutes is not enough to have a proper appointment. If you are late you can lose your appt but they are never on time and must improve. No apology from reception and this service is simply not good enough. I feel for the doctors here and the patients and urge the management to make changes fast. I do want to say how amazing one doctor is, she listens, she is kind and Drs like her are few and far between. Give the doctors and patients the time they deserve and let this dr know how great she is. |

On one visit I was prescribed antibiotics for an exclusively Breastfed baby of three weeks old. All based on a 2 min assessment. Needless to say I didn’t pick up the meds.
On another visit the gp (different one from above) went from concluding I didn’t suffer from mastitis to scheduling an appointment with breast consultant due to a lump in my armpit. Doctor seemed very tired/confused and changed her diagnosis within seconds.
I feel like the doctors are rushing their appointments and are too quick to conclude on diagnosis and hence them prescribing meds. |
