Chris Donovan - I have recently burnt my face in a fire at work I have had to put in 2 repeat prescriptions for pain relief. The first time I had run out of them and I was told it would be processed quickly - So I go a whole day without pain relief and when I come back to collect the prescription it was sent to be signed by a doctor that wasn't even in that day!!!!!! Starting level of compete shit service. This week I've done a repeat prescription and just got a text s saying they won't put through because I've had seven days supply on Monday....... So shall I come in to the surgery again and put in another prescription and be in terrible pain all day again!!!! Not to mention the 4 trips in and the fact that if they say the prescription will be at the Chemist it is never Ever there that day!!! Your process is not working!!!! Too many mixed messages or just straight lies!!!! Please sort it out as it is a ducking Joke..... Really a disgraceful service... I will send you all my travel time and waiting time invoices and see how much you have cost me just to get some pain relief when half my face is burnt!!!!! Assholes springs to mind!!!!! FFS!!!!!! Come on!!!!!!! That's Christopher Donovan!!!! Please look out for me on Monday in shit loads of pain again coz of You!!!!!! | ||||||

I moved into local area almost 2 years ago. The more I use this centre, the luckier I feel. I only had 1 experience, meeting 1 of the actual Dr that was underwhelming. But as far as everyone else, nurses , receptionists, medics, I have unreserved praise. People who are sick, in pain, fed up and tired can be thin skinned. You can tell that staff here experience elevated levels of abuse and aggravation from patients. On a recent visit I said to the nurse what a great job everyone does there. She teared up and thanked me for saying so. I always go out of my way to thank them for the quality of service. It’s not their fault I’ve got health issues. They do their best to find solutions. | ||||||
