All staff , receptionists, managers ,nurses doctors are always friendly, welcoming and willing to do their best to meet our medical needs and expectations. On the rare occasions when we need an emergency appointment, they do their best to fit us in even though the have a very full diary. Test results are rung through and discussed frequently.
We do not usually leave a review which is remiss of us but this is because probably like most patients, we very satisfied with Sheerwater Health Centre.
However we have done so now because it is unfair that the Practice Rating is being adversely affected by the few negative reviews and the majority of us who are more than happy, tend not to leave reviews. |

I do not visit the dr or have regular appointments!! This was my 1st appointment im years and was for my sons jabs, the receptionist is so rude and offensive everytime i have been in. No action is taking by the dr to change staff. I always have a disturbing experience at this surgery therefore have decided to change practise as this really causes a lot of stress. |

My treatment by one particular doctor and her associate doctors and staff has always been very good, my diabetic nurse has gone out of her way to facilitate my treatment, often working through her breaks and late evening as well, due to the amount of patients that have to be treated. This doctor has always been on the ball with my treatment, referring me to the appropriate medical facility without any delay on her part, I would highly recommend this practice to all of my family and friends, everybody from first booking in at reception to seeing Doctors or nurses has been fantastic, and it is a team at the top of their game. |
