We are a care company that provide complex home care at home. We have been working with a young man to manage one of his long term condition. The nurse sees this gentleman on a weekly basis for review. She is very knowledgeable around the condition and treatments available. She is calm and very patient in her explanation making sure he understands. what stood out for me the most,although this gentleman has a care worker with him, the nurse spoke directly to him and not about him with the care worker, that is really admirable .She always ensure that future appointments are booked,she then follow this up with a phone call or an email to the care company. | ||||||

Excellent Lead Nurse- would like to say I am so impressed with the Lead nurse- not only has she given me the drive to stop smoking but for the first time in years I have taken control of my diabetes- No one has ever sat down and discussed my insulin with me- Previously I have just been palmed off to the DR or had reviews with the previous nurse who had no new suggestions. Thank you- you are the reason I will stay with the surgery. | ||||||

This is a deeply uncaring practice and I have no named GP therefore I have no port of call and no direct patient/doctor relationship , shocking! | ||||||
