I can't thank Dr Ali the new Doctor at the practice enough for what she had done for my partner. We had to phone the national NHS help line as my partners eye was fused shut. She made an exception and saw her immediately and cleaned the eye and started her on an aggressive course of antibiotics and eye drops, she again did the same as a follow up two days later and squeezed her in to check on the eye as she was worried. I can't thank her enough and also to the ladies on the front desk as they interrupted her whist she was in clinic to mention the issue my partner had. If this had not been done my partner could of ended up blind as it was orbital cellulitis which is very serious issue. I can't thank all involved anymore and they literally saved my partners eyesight. I give them 10 out of 10 for their efforts and with this new doctor at the surgery it can only get better as she truly cares as do the reception staff |

Every time I have to attend an appointment they make me wait for at least 15 minutes, they never had me on the time. This happens because they try to squeeze and stack appointments for every 10 minutes, but obviously lots of people to make it on 10 minutes and you are always the idiot would have to stay there for 15-20 minutes. My wife recently waited for literally 30 minutes with the baby on a booked appointment there.
Another really very bad thing that happened 3 months ago was, my wife had to take 4 times the urine test because the other 3 they managed to lose the tests.
The doctors and the nurses are very good, but the staff int the reception is quite bad. |
