No appointments, no call backs when told you will recieve one that day, things apparently marked as urgent then ignored, nobody follows up on anything, constant change in staff, medication not prescribed properly or correct dosage of medication reviewed/given. Rude unhelpful staff who show little care or consideration for patients. Think they have the right to tell you what is urgent and what isn't and if you can be seen or not. However if you need viagra, antidepressants or an antibiotic. They offer these out like candy to get rid of you rather than properly dealing with problems or underlying causes. All in all a joke of a practice. An embarrassment to the NHS. | ||||||

`I have been a patient at this surgery for 22 years, during which time my wife died, and years later my partner who was also a member of this practice. Having worked before my retirement for the NHS, in a frontline line capacity for forty years, l hope my judgement is objective. The overall running of the practice falls below the general standard that one is entitled to expect, constant changes of staff and system’s do not help. With regard to the medical staff , when you finally get an appointment they are good, unfortunately as so many are part time ,continuity suffers. My overall view and those of a number of my friends would be poor to middling. | ||||||

Myself and my family have been with this practise for many years. They have consistently supported all of us, I have always had appointments when required, albeit on the phone or in person. Communication within the team is excellent, they always contact when they say they are going to, reception staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. I consider myself very lucky to be under the care of Westcourt. Things have changed since Covid, not just in the medical industry, but all across the board in many other industries. Doctors, nurses, Health Care Workers and reception staff are all human beings too that were and still are, all at risk of catching Covid. It was essential that Practises implemented changes to adapt, and I think Westcourt has done amazingly well at coping with these changes, and still putting patients first. | ||||||
