My Huband went into the surgery today to make an appointment about getting antibiotics for an ear infection, only to be told you will have to either ring 111 or go to QVH minor injurys as we don't deal with things like that I could not believe what I was hearing. So what exactly DO they deal with. Absolutely disgusted with this so called service | ||||||

It’s 3.30 Friday afternoon and I think everyone has gone home. Rang to see if my test results were in as I am waiting to see if I have bowel cancer. I first went to the results section (which you cannot use before 2.00pm), number one in the queue but after 15 minutes waiting I gave up and rang the appointments section. Number one in the queue again but no-one is answering again. I checked the website to see of there was any notice to say that they were closed, nothing there so what the hell is going one?! | ||||||

I phoned the surgery at 8.30 this morning and had quite a long wait for the phone to be answered, but once I explained my problem to the receptionist she could not have been more helpful and quickly organised a telephone appointment with a doctor who prescribed some antibiotics for me. Thanks to all concerned at the surgery. | ||||||
