Whenever I was there, the waiting times were really short, and the doctors - even if I'm not seeing my own - were polite, friendly and caring. |

My son is a visitor to Petworth and was assaulted causing facial injury. Not knowing where to go for medical attention, I found Petworth Sugery online. They not only saw my son immediately but also offered consolation and nourishment to enable his sugar levels to increase. The staff were amazingly friendly, immensely nurturing and above all went above and beyond to assist someone far from home. I cannot commend their service sufficiently. 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Thank you to all involved. Your care is inspirational. |

We have had nothing but trouble from this surgery trying to get what could be a serious condition for our newborn treated. Numerous doctors, including locums means little continuity of care. Have to fight to be taken seriously, and have are made to feel like a hypercondriac when different types of medicine is tried without consideration, makes it worse, and forces us to return. No doctor has taken the time to find out what is causing the issues - just quick to throw creams or antibiotics at us an get us out the office. All public health England advice is completely missed here and their urgency doesn't match our concern. Very dissatisfied, and left feeling completely helpless to help our son. |
