Cancelled my appointment that I had waited for for 3 weeks, via text advising to contact them in Jan. Zero customer service, zero accountability and treat patients as an inconvenience. Their practice manager is ineffective at best. It’s a shame we spent all this tax payer money to train the GPs and they are let down by ineffective, inhuman and disingenuous staff. | ||||||

My name is Benjamin, I recently had an appointment with the doctor and wanted to write a review following this appointment .i found him very helpful and by far the best doctor I’ve yet met !! He talked me through all of my options and gave what I’ve found to be great advice and also talked me through all I needed to know . I’m not a great one for attending the doctors when needed and twice at very short notice of my request to see him he managed to fit me in after my work hours so that it did not interfere with my work schedule | ||||||

The Pulborough Medical Centre must surely be one of the best GP surgeries in the country. Often on the news we hear stories of long delays when requesting an appointment but PMG always manage to fit us in when we are worried or have a problem. On Tuesday I suffered from a severe pain below my right hand ribs. It was debilitating and I went to bed. The next morning it was less intense but my husband said I should have it checked out so around midday I rang for an appointment and was told there was one available on Friday with my own GP. I saw him today and he explained what could be causing the pain and gave me some medication to try. He also said that I should have a blood test to check liver and kidneys and gave me an appointment with a nurse for next week. He said he would let me know if there was anything wrong when the blood test came back and that if the medication was not helping to let him know and he would arrange for further tests. He could not have been more thorough and gave me confidence that if there is a problem it would not go unnoticed . This is only one example of others I could give when our GP's interest, concern and help have always been readily available. I am very grateful to be a patient at this surgery and to have such an excellent doctor. | ||||||
