I would like to say that I am very pleased with the service I have received from the Surgery in these difficult times. The receptionist has been helpful and given me an appointment on the 2 recent occasions I needed one ( one in person, one by telephone- which I requested ) . Admittedly I had to “ push” a little. On both occasions I have spoken to Dr Davis , who is kind, gentle , reassuring and didn’t make me feel as if I had to be rushed through. Generally this seems to contrast favourably with reports I have heard about patients’ treatments from other surgeries in Horsham. | ||||||

Had my appointment with a GP cancelled with literally minutes to spare, I was in the surgery. Next appointment would be a tele appointment nine days later. No empathy from the staff, they just didn't seem to care. | ||||||
