Once you get an appointment the care is good. The system to get an appointment is somewhat baffling. To get doctors appointment you must ring first thing in the morning. Ring a bit late and they have all gone. You cannot make an appointment ahead. This I don’t understand. Can’t think of a good reason why. | ||||||

I have recently move to this surgery after being reluctant to transfer after being a long standing patient at another surgery in the town, I had nothing to worry about! In fact if I’d known how wonderful the fantastic group of female doctors are at Flansham I’d have moved years ago! I cannot thank you enough for the care I’ve received over the last six weeks always a supportive and welcoming approach . I’ve been able to book same day appointments every time I’ve tried and the aminstation staff go above and beyond very very happy with my care. | ||||||
