Receptionists and doctors seem to have the roles mixed and lacks understanding with epilepsy and don’t seem to have knowledge in bus passes. Receptionists try to take too much control in regards to this specific requests with the doctors not seeming to know anything to do with this. Also had a bad experience with anti depressant tablets not working well with my epilepsy medication and had visual disturbances. Doctor said I could stop taking them but didn’t say how to and when I told him I stopped immediately he said I should have done it gradually. I also wasted £25 for the bus pass for a letter from a doctor for it and when it was meant for how it impacts me (epilepsy) and not what my general diagnoses is they refused to give me a knew one especially that I made complaints nothing was done and the people responding absolutely rude and unacceptable long awaited routine appointments. I’m making sure I’ll be complaining to everyone till this gets sorted out. Unacceptable. Going to switch to a different GP who actually try to help disabled, single parents. |
