My daughter had an appointment today and was very nervous!
Luckily the member of staff she had the appointment with was a particular lady. She was just fantastic with my daughter, kind, informative, and passionate. She put my daughter's mind at rest and she left with a spring in her step and all her worries a distant memory.

The surgery gives clear information, I found staff were patient and aware of all appropriate things. When I called with a more urgent need, reception staff made gentle enquires and arranged the most appropriate appointment.
The Dr listened and offered options of treatment and I was well informed throughout appointments and procedures. Plus the nurse practitioners we've seen have been approachable and knowledgeable at all times. | ||||||

Once you get past the messages on the phone the staff have ALL been 100% helpful.
Today I got to the surgery at 5.45pm and asked to see a doctor without an appointment, and was seen in 20 minutes, tested, treated with excellent care, lots of helpful informations, and follow up appointment given for Monday.
I've always got an appointment within 24 hours, but today was even better care than normal, thank you all! | ||||||
