    Rarely care or show compassion for individual needs. If you have another for a surgery option I would use it.

    I've been using this practice for over 12 years and have found the service to be excellent throughout. The reception staff are helpful and friendly and the various GPs I've seen have been great. Hassocks is lucky to have such a great NHS facility.
