I have been using the practice for 8 years but has gone from a rather a good service to one that sounds like it's on the front line in the war in Ukraine, they are always very understaffed and lack one of the most important things a surgery needs, doctors, the staff make me feel on edge when I ring up for a call back from a doctor, one imparticular Donor Parsons has a habit of shouting you down if you question anything she says. I could go on and understand in the current climate, covid 19 plus other factors do not help, but as someone who suffers from anxiety and depression, I think it is unfair. |

Phoned surgery on the day I needed an appointment. Advised that (a) they don’t do afternoon appointments (b) not to come to surgery as I had a sickness bug (c) call back tomorrow for a telephone appointment at 8:30am. I called next morning repeatedly as the number of callers that can hold on the line has been reduced to 10. When got through I was advised they don’t do GP telephone calls that day and will book me in to come to the surgery to see a GP. Saw a locum as there only appears to be one GP registered to this practice. Appointment went well but telephone staff give conflicting information. With nearly 7,500 patients, why are there no afternoon appointments? |

I rang the surgery on 27th June at 830 it took me until 915 to get through to an advisor only to be told there were no appointments available I was offered a telephone consultation or an appointment at southgate surgery which took me by complete surprise so I said I would ring the next day I then realised I would like a telephone consultation so rang straight back only to be told I was number 7 in the queue so when I managed to speak again to the advisor all of the telephone consultations were gone so I will have to try again .I would like to know when Bewbush Medical Centre are going to improve these services |
