I just phoned to try and make an appointment to see my GP and spoke to a very rude and arrogant receptionist. I have a disability which affects my communication and when I tried to speak the receptionist just kept talking over me and repeating the same information, with her voice gradually getting louder. I am not stupid or deaf and have nothing wrong with my memory. I just wanted clarification of one part of the information. Unfortunately she didn’t want to listen to me, and wouldn’t help me to make an appointment. |

I booked an appointment through online services for 8.30 and still waiting 15 minutes later.. What annoys me is they tell you how many people didn’t turn up for their appointments but they can’t keep to time .. if there delays they should at least notify the public who waiting |
