It takes at least 25 mins every single time I call, to get Through to a care navigator. Once they get talking to you they do their job ok. The GPS I have seen over the years are many (at least 7/8) over the years and I can’t say that I found any of them really know any of their stuff. I have been with this Surgery for 19 years, and been very patient as this is very convenient to where I live. But I have now had it. Will be moving to a different surgery shortly. |

My GP arranged an appointment, wrote down the date and time, but when I showed up there was no record. Had to re-schedule. GP blamed failings in system but it was clear the mistake was his.
After seeing a specialist, the initial diagnosis by the GP was completely wrong - the actual problem was stated as "a red herring". The referral letter to see this specialist (rheumatologist) took approximately three weeks to be written, typed and sent. This is unacceptable. |
