Camrose Medical Partnership

You can NEVER get through on the phone, even at 8am on the dot. Currently still waiting after 20 minutes. Have also been told that there are no appointments available across three surgeries at all for the next few weeks. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I have four children. What does one do in these circumstances? Go to A&E? Then you are told you shouldn't be there. Absolutely unacceptable and appalling. My elderly parents complain it is exactly the same for them.

No negative feedback concerning quality of doctors and staff but this service isn't fit for purpose. It is completely unacceptable to be 'turned away' and told "sorry, their are no appointments....at all" or given an appointment for a months time. A GP practice is supposed to be the 'first point of call', is it any wonder that accident and emergency departments are under pressure when the service is so incredibly poor. I've never seen anything like it, located is fairly good area in one of the richest counties in Britain and this is the service available? I've lived in much more economically deprived areas of the UK with much greater socio-economic issue for GP's to cope with and encountered a much, MUCH better service. It's an embarrassment to the the NHS.

Can never get appointment when they joined acorn partnership the telephone service centrally is terrible and the staff have attitude and don’t care . Awful ... go told not priority ... can never get telephone appointment ... have to wait at least six weeks for appointment and even longer for telephone ... please please break up into original Camrose medical partnership ... was not a good idea to join . Terrible service and acorn a truly terrible idea . I have disability and no support for vunerable people like me
