It takes a lot to ask for help, and I only ever visit a GP as a last resort. The last time i did ask for help, all was going on. Then never heard from them so had to chase results, only to be told no further action required as results were all clear yet I was still suffering and getting worse. To make it even worse they found a few things that needed medical assistance, this was never followed up. I have totally lost confidence in this GP practice and the NHS. To say I am now down and sad because of this is an understatement, I feel let down with nowhere to go. If my health deteriorates, I am hold this practice personally responsible for negligence. I will never visit this practice again. |

Having had appointments with the doctors I can say how impressed I am with both of them. They are very knowledgeable and professional but what matters most is always I feel they are on my side. An excellent group who do their utmost and succeed in helping people with empathy and intelligence in equal measure. |

Really happy with the service I get from this surgery. Reception staff are polite and helpful. Yes, it can be tricky to get an appointment sometimes but that is because there are rarely enough GPs employed by the NHS per head of population in any area of the uk. I can always get a telephone consultation and have always been seen on the day for urgent issues if necessary. When my daughter was unwell during her A levels she was seen regularly by a delightful trainee GP (overseen by one of the senior partners) to check that she was improving and both were extremely kind and supportive. Most recently I brought my daughter in for a minor procedure. The professional approach, confidence and care shown to her were outstanding. Many thanks to you all. |
