I keep being invited to a walk in flu jab clinic. I haven’t been able to walk for many years. Why can’t they put it somewhere clear on my notes so that they know. I can’t be the only patient who can’t walk. |

I appreciate the wait time is long at this Drs, however there are over 20 thousand patients on the books. I have had to wait for an appt a few times, but my Dr is fantastic, and he's been great at helping my mum also. People need to take into account the staff are doing their best and appreciate how many people they are trying to see. |

I moved away from Gillies several years ago after being unable to get an appointment. My parents are still patients of Gillies (now Acorn) and have been for over 40 years. My mother has MS and my father has high blood pressure and a prostate issue. He telephoned the surgery and after being on hold for over 30 minutes was told that he could not have an appointment for 4 weeks but could receive a phone call from his GP in 2 weeks time. I see from other reviews that this appears to be the norm. Due to my father's medical conditions, he should not have to wait this long, it is disgraceful. |
