Been a patient for over 10 years and only needed to use 2x before now. Contacted surgery Dec 22 about very high BP and it took 4 weeks for any response from my GP. D (text message). In text Dr agreed my BP needing management and included a link to book blood tests, which I did at local hospital 27th Jan. Then heard nothing back since.. Called surgery today on 27th Feb to enquire (50 mins trying to get through) and rude receptionist said Dr away so try calling next week. Over 2 months of trying to be treated for a condition that if not managed could cause far worse impact and cost to NHS, but absolutely no patient care or effective process to manage patients. |

I phoned the surgery at 10.30am feeling very unwell and a doctor called me back at 11am. I saw a doctor at Morland surgery at12.15pm A very kind and caring doctor detected the problem. What a superb service. I do not know why this surgery gets low ratings I have always found it very good and caring. |

Hello I'm sorry to say that but I'm suspected a cancer waiting for hospital appointments on 21st July on Sunday I start bleeding I call 111 straight but now one picking up the phone... Morning I call a holmwood health center in tadley the doctor will be call you back today.... Till now no one call me back I'm very not well I'm in bad pain I can't move from bed..... |
