Strawberry Hill Medicall Centre Newbury. Absolutely Terrible they was Ment to do my Dad's Death Certificate on Monday 5th September Email to Shaw House in Newbury would of taken about 5 minutes to do details an send it, well rang every day it's been done sent Complete Lies took them 4 days to type out Email with details Absolutely Shambles , Doctor didn't Even visit to record Death Carers had to confirm over then phone. No apology staff told Lies said things that were not true Complete total disaster not what you want when your trying to plan your Dad's Funeral Cremation Service . | ||||||

Words have failed me to express my annoyance with the overall quality of services from this hospital. It’s ranging from rude staff, poor services, and, unhelpful in any area you are struggling. Doctors feel high and mighty. Zero empathy. They refused to take my blood samples, claiming they don’t have the facilities to do that even though I provided my blood kit. I was shocked. Did CQC actually rate this hospital good? Do I have a GP here for having sakes? Giving you a star means trophy. You need to do better, you swore an oath to protect lives. | ||||||

Just had appointments with dr Loxton-Edwards went in with unbearable nerve pain i was on the complete edge. DR LOXTON-EDWARDS COULD NOT OF CARED LESS, i guess An Eton and kings college Oxford education, a good doctor does not make, AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. | ||||||
