I have requested an NHS health check. It has been refused but they won’t tell me why. Receptionist has told me I have a chronic illness that i know nothing about & I have written two hand delivered letters requesting details, neither of which have had any response…WHY WON’T YOU COMMUNICATE WITH ME????? |

Today I have been on the phone for 3 hours and 20 mins. After 2 hours I get a call from one on the doctors to see my son and then the receptionist phone got cut off. The lady from the receptionist had called back whilst I was on the phone to the doctor I had asked her if she can give me call back in 10 AFTER I SPOKE TO THE DOCTOR SHE SAID YES OFFCOURSE IT HAS BEEN IT HAS BEEN 2 hours 35 mins no one called back also half way through the time I had called the doctor surgery again at 11.15 today and I was was caller number 24 and just now I was on caller number 2 they had hanged the phone up on me again!….. I have to Ill children I am I’ll myself and they couldn’t care less some people actually phone the surgery and wait on the phone for hours because the Genuinely are not well. I am very disappointed. |

Can never get through, can take an hour, wrong appointment given, test results not received and not advised of new medication that was needed. Our local surgery hasn't even fully opened and very often we need to travel to visit main practice |
