The Willow Surgery ( part of Downend Health Group )

In October 2022 we moved to a new address and I was told by Dr khendy to change the address so she can get the hospital to send my wife the urgent appointment letter to the new address. I went to the reception and completed the 4 change of address form for 4 of us then handed over to the receptionist lady who left them on the side.. I told her make sure you update the new address because we are waiting for an urgent appointment letter she replied yes I will do it later in January 2023 we noticed that they haven't changed our address still got the old address into the system now my question is do you think this people doing their job properly? on 24th January 2023 when we went there again and showed them their mistake instead of saying sorry the lady was so rude to us and spoke to us in a loud voice then she updated the new address.There are cctv cameras they can check if they have any suspicion. They need qualified people not some one like these 2 ladies.

My ninety year old mother attended this surgery and I have to say it is the worst surgery I have ever had to deal with ! They sent emails stating she needed blood tests which I would book and as she was housebound never got followed up until I complained. she was prescribed two tramodol despite weighing seven and a half stone never checked or weighted her she must have been so doped up she fell cracked her head and has ended up in a nursing home so avoid at all costs .

I moved house in mid October and informed DHG of my new address. As of today Jan 10th my address has still not been updated.
