Trying to get a Receptionist to answer a phone at this surgery is impossible. I have recently lost my Dad and I tried to contact the Surgery to arrange collection of the death certificate so that I could start making arrangements - I called the surgery 16 times before someone answered the phone which was constantly ringing for between 8-10 minutes each time and then I have to say that the Receptionist was not very polite or helpful, after finally getting a receptionist to answer the phone I was then put on hold!!!!! This is not what you expect from a caring profession especially at such a sad and difficult time. Now on top of that I am still waiting to be informed of when I can collect the certificate for my Dad which is now over a week since his passing - this really is not acceptable. | ||||||

Everyone I spoke to at the surgery was kind, helpful and thoughtful. I felt listened to and valued by the GP and nurse practitioner I was seen by, and the receptionist was very helpful in arranging further appointments and giving information. Thank you! | ||||||

Good evening I would like to complain about the lack off professional service Dr Hinder has showed me over the last 6-12 months From blood tests being taken wrong then having to revisit but not being told or being misdiagnosed the reasons after I found out the truth after having nearly died from pancreatitis spending 10 days in hospital 10 times in A&E they could test my blood because it was clotting before testing due to my diabetes level at 28 and my triglycerides at 38! They put me on antibiotics and insulin drip aswell morphine over the 10 days Ok mistakes are made but to my shock yesterday my mother visited the surgery about the prescription to find nobody had read my letter send from the RUH addressed as urgent On top even when Dr Hinder when made aware emailed me about an appointment for next week and didn’t confirm it as attached and I had to mention more importantly before a blood test. The doctors at the RUH said I was very ill and diagnosed that I’m type 1 diabetic needing insulin daily and my doctor needs to get a grip off the situation Because the prescription wasn’t sorted out I had to buy needles for the insulin pen that cost me £46 out off my own pocket that I want refunded straight away before I take this further | ||||||
