I have received a letter from the NHS to contact my doctor but thats easier said than done. I have been trying 3 days solid but phone lines are constantly busy. They close and reopen at 1 but i call at 12.58 phone saying closed but no sooner i put phone down to try again its lines busy. How am I able to make an appointment when I cant even get through. | ||||||

I dread having to contact the surgery. They say they are short of receptionists yet don't put adverts on Indeed where they will be seen! Oldland no longer accept repeat prescriptions being handed in by elderly patients without online access, patients have to post them to the Hanham site or allow a week if they give them to the pharmacy which is 1 min walk across the road since they have to now drive them over to Hanham! The phone lines are engaged, closed at lunchtime or you are put in a very long queue with a VERY long message which is just someone trying to persuade you to NOT hang on the phone and to try someone, anyone else by whatever means possible so that Hanham Health don't have to deal with you. | ||||||

I have to say iv been with hanham health for 40yrs. Going down hill fast first I had appointment few weeks ago couldn't go due to family illness . Tried to call to cancel. Yesterday I had to call 111 because phone line was constantly engaged. I have pain in lower back think might have urine infection. Finally after 5hrs got call back . Did water sample which my friend took for me as I'm disabled also in alot of pain. Tried calling today for results no answer yet again. I have dystonia so lots of health problems. Feel like a nuisance if I'm honest. Had one doctor diagnosed me with fibermera without getting out his chair. Sorry our lives are in your hands | ||||||
