I visited the Surgery in the morning of the 6th. January following a request by letter to attend for a blood test. Whereas the service I received from the Nurse was beyond reproach, once I was in the Treatment Room, getting to that point was problematic. I am hard of hearing and use Hearing Aids in both ears. Hearing Aids in general just amplfly sound and are pretty useless in busy public areas like a Waiting Room because general sounds cause really bad background noise. This being the case it is easy to miss the call when it your turn to be seen especially when two different doors at opposite ends of the room are being used to summon patients. At Hanham this is not a problem because of illuminated signs showing Doctor and room information. Can we please have this system installed at Oldland, or are we to treated like the poor relation of the main Surgery at Hanham? | ||||||
