Very good doctors and good practice nurses. However, not a good place if you want an appointment within 2 weeks & be prepared to wait even longer if you appreciate continuity of care with the same GP. In my experience there are rarely appointments available on the electronic system. It is possible to get phone consultations on the same day which is appreciated but not always what is needed. Other services have long waiting times in my experience. Some receptionists could do with more training and an improved telephone manner. One prescription request handed over was ‘lost’. Not sure if this state of affairs is the same all over Bath or if this surgery is experiencing particular difficulties in these respects. I am also wondering if the Northampton Buildings surgery is in the process of becoming a branch office of Oldfield Park with a possible reduction and more inconvenience. | ||||||

This Surgery was called st james surgery bath it's now Heart of Bath. The service from Heart of Bath group is BAD it's not the doctors it's the staff ! you call up to make a Appointment and the staff make the Appointment and then you turn up for your Appointment and there is NO Appointment and all your information has been lost. If your one of the many people that end up with Appointments that you did not make and your information that it's not yours. So the right hand does not no what the left is doing! | ||||||

Never anything but quality service, met with the doctor today who is new to the practice, as always very kind reassuring and excellent service. | ||||||
