As a health centre and next to primary school you would think there was more to discourage smokers and other litter droppers to show respect. Walking past today to pick up my child there are overflowing bins , hundreds of cigarettes butts and waste over the pavement. Realising this is not directly the surgery fault but it's awful. You could at least have signage encouraging people to not smoke and drop outside and if you provide bins you should empty them.
It's a really poor example to the school children and the opposite to the image of a heath centre.. | ||||||

Totally useless have been with this surgery for over 30 years and have never seen it so bad I have a long term health problem that means I regurley need to see the gp when you phone up for an appointment you are on hold for at least a hour in the morning by witch time there is no appointments left or are asked a lot of questions about what is wrong with you and then told you are only a lower to see the nurse dispite explaining that it's a on going health problem that needs to be seen by the gp the reception staff are rude and un helpfull if you wish to book a ruteen appointment with the gp it it's at least a 4 week wait to see them or your told to ring up on the day if you need to be seen sooner witch simply is not good enough as if you work you are expected to have a day off just in case you can't get a appointment they apparently open Saturdays for appointments but have never so far managed to book one nor do I know of any one else that has managed to or even seen the place open on a Saturday I also needed an emergency appointment the other day due to having breathing diffacultys waited in line for it to open as there's no point phoning tryed to book an appointment to be told there are appointments today but I'm not alowed to book one until after dinner and would have to come back why this is the case in beyond me but I went back after dinner and was given an appointment 4hours later witch ment I had to go back home and come back for a 3rd time witch I did only to find the appointment wasent even with the doctor and was with the anp who told me I had a sevear chest infection and needed antibiotics and steroids but she was not alowed to do prescriptions so I would need to come back in 2 hours after one of the doctors had issued it so I returned for a 4th time only to find it had not been done yet and had to wait nearly a hour for it I find this total unacceptable to have to spend an entire day driving back and forth to the doctors 4 times to get a simple appoinmtment and prescription the excuse where given by them is that they are short of doctors but why are they still accepting new patients have tryed to complane yo them but told you must speak to the practice manager who works at another surgery and when you try to phone them you can't get threw to them or are told there unable to talk at the moment | ||||||
