I've been to this medical centre multiple times during my year studying in Bath and always had a pleasant experience. The reception staff are really helpful over the phone and I was given an emergency appointment when I needed one for my sprained ankle. I visited the centre lately for an IUD fitting and the nurses really made me feel safe and taken care for. They tailored my visit to fit my needs. One member of staff was amazing and made sure I knew what was going on and everyone was really sympathetic. | ||||||

After a quick and simple register with this practice I was able to book in for an appointment that week over the phone. The receptionist was really friendly and gave me multiple time slots to pick from. The practice itself was easy to find with places to park. I was seen on time for my appointment which I was impressed with as I’ve had to wait at least 20-30 minutes at other practices. The doctor I saw was very efficient and seemed interested in my issue, asking relevant questions and providing a solution that worked a treat. Overall, a great practice with friendly staff. | ||||||

I needed an emergency GP appointment while staying in Bath. Phoned just after 08.00, offered an appointment the same day at 09.20, arrived early to complete the paperwork, seen early and left with my prescription. A very friendly, professional nurse practitioner assessed me accurately and promptly. Great service. | ||||||
