I have just spent over an hour trying to work out how to order a repeat prescription online to be sent to Boots for collection. As someone who is relatively confident with IT, I have no idea how other people cope. I have now given up and will have to ring the surgery. The easy link I used to use has disappeared and I can't link Patient access to my GP practice without my registration letter. I have been registered 17 years. | ||||||

Sadly, after 7 years with this ‘practice’, I will never go back! The ‘doctor’s’ manner, in my latest dealing with him, was shocking and I will be reporting him for unprofessional conduct. He has no idea who he is talking too, what my physic looks like, but refers to the magic BMI and then laughs and tells me I’m FAT and I need to loose 5 kg before the NHS will see me! I have played most sports and trained in the gym for over 40 years, I have a 32” waste, 48” chest and 54” shoulders, remained ‘lean’ until this problem arose and haven’t trained for 2 years! Every sit-up allows a ‘monster’ to grow out of the middle of my abdomen, 2” high and about 6” long, getting worse every day! You are a disgrace to your profession ‘sir’ and I assure you, we will meet again! | ||||||
