Can’t get through on the phone. Prescription line just cuts you off. As I am unable to get any response feel very frustrated. This is just not acceptable considering the people phoning in are sick!!!!!!! | ||||||

I couldn’t recommend this surgery more, firstly being located across multiple practices it allows for a same day appointment to be made with much more ease. I also feel that the staff really care for their patients and take the energy to encourage or discourage follow up appointments that you may other wise why away from. However the main reason for my review was my appointment today with a lovely nurse. I have always had real issues with blood samples as often my veins give out air. I advised the nurse that it was highly unlikely to work and much to my disbelief she managed to obtain all samples with no pain or complications and I feel this needs commending given my precious experiences leaving me anxious to attend today. Thanks again. | ||||||

I feel very let down by Brunel Medical Practice in the care of my elderly Mother, it feels like she’s just been abandoned. Nearly impossible to get through on the phone, no replies to any emails, no follow up care, basically no ‘care’. Even a paramedic who attended my Mother couldn’t get through to them recently. Medicines not checked or followed up, I’ve realised a patient is left to get so ill they eventually land up in hospital - what a burden on the NHS! Finally the new ‘phone system’ discriminaties against the elderly and hard of hearing! Hit and miss if they call you back too :( | ||||||
