I rang the surgery am on the 8th November explained my situation and was told a doctor would contact me later that pm. You doctor rang me at 3.30pm and after a discussion he suggested I visit the surgery at 4pm where he examined me. Thank you for an excellent response and treatment. Michael Schiller Paignton |

I am writitng this review on behalf of myself and my husband, since we have moved to this practice the service we have received has been just excellent, from the receptionists, nurses and doctors, the surgery is lovely and clean and has a very peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Thepractice is very unto date, from using the internet to get prescription, to a weekly news letter. When you make a query through Econsult the surgery ALWAYS gets back to you, and everyone treats you with respect and helps you with any knowledge that you require concerning your problem. This is undoubtedly the best docts surgery that we have been part of for years. Thank you Compass House you do a great job! Just a quick comment on my frustration at the fact I wasn't able to speak to someone to book an appointment today. I tried at least a dozen times during the morning to get through to a receptionist, sometimes waiting on the phone for up to ten minutes, listening to the same music or a lady giving me details of various services. Bearing in mind the fact that I was at work and had to leave the phone on speaker phone most of the time, the situation became a bit fraught, not least when I was told I would get through in 4 mins and then 5 minutes later was given the same message. I completely understand what a great volume of callers you must have every day and I'm wondering if it is feasible to have an answer phone where callers could leave a message for a call back, which would eliminate all this frustration - or has this already been tried? That said I cannot fault the practice and its excellent doctors (if only I could get an appointment!) |
