I've been a patient for a few years now and never had a problem. The nursing staff are always very kind and considerate of my needle fobia and are patient with me. The doctors are always helpful and informative and the admin staff friendly. |

Generally poor support and unhelpful attitude. Exception was one doctor who was very helpful and would recommend them. Nurses okay too but non medical staff very unhelpful |

I have an abscess in my groin- not a nice place to have one, very embarrassing and painful. The nurse I saw today to get my dressing changed was so empathetic and lovely. They made me feel right as ease having to get my private parts out, they were very apologetic when it was hurting and made me feel like they genuinelly cared that it wasnt a very nice thing to deal with. When booking the appointments, the receptionist was very helpful and having to book further appointments was very good at answering all my questions and ensuring the times best suited me.
