A holiday-maker from the north, I was treated in an exemplary way by all members of staff in the surgery. I had to return to the practice over a number of days, and all with whom I came into contact treated me with the utmost respect, thoughtfulness and care. The doctor even took the time and trouble to telephone me once I arrived back in the north to see how things were going.
It was clear to witness each day how efficiently the practice was managed, with the reception and nursing staff treating each patient as though they were the only one.
Reassuring just when it was needed.

long wait for appointments,very rude and uncaring gp,would love to name and shame her,stops medication like theres no tomorrow even though its needed,having to spend a fortune on meds at the pharmacy even though I am registered disabled,need I go on? | ||||||

I'm on holiday and needed to see a doctor and rang the Dartmouth surgery. A doctor promptly rang me back and made an appointment to see me. He diagnosed my problem most efficiently and gave me the correct drug. I feel fantastic now having been poorly for months so I am most grateful. | ||||||
